Fine Snowfall across the Alps

Weve had almost 2 meters of snow in the last 7 days. The snow was so prolonged that skiing lifts have been shut down, the funicular was stopped at the Chamonix train station and not traveling up to Switzerland. Roads have been blocked and weather warnings issued.
